We’ve again been seeing a rash of new spyware programs that are “knocking out” the customer’s internet connection on the computer. Once this happens, not only can you not get out onto the internet to look for a solution, your spyware scanning programs, such as SpyBot, MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware, will not be able to get the latest update to “kill” the rogue program.
